With proper care, the hair can last 1–2+ years, maintaining its softness, body, and natural movement through multiple installs.

 

 

Before Installation (Recommended)

For best performance, we recommend washing the hair prior to installation:

 

  1. Cleanse with a clarifying shampoo (ex: Mane ‘n Tail) to remove any factory coating.
  2. Follow with a moisturizing shampoo (ex: TRESemmé or similar).
  3. Apply conditioner and air dry before installing.

Washing & Conditioning



  • Gently detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb before washing.
  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.
  • Wash in lukewarm water, moving in a downward motion from weft to ends.
  • Rinse thoroughly and apply a leave-in conditioner or lightweight serum.

  • Pat hair gently with a towel to remove excess water (do not rub).
  • Allow hair to air dry whenever possible.
  • Avoid high heat — if blow-drying, use cool or low heat settings.

  • Use a heat protectant when applying flat irons, curling wands, or blow dryers.
  • Avoid excessive heat to maintain the natural luster of the hair.
  • For curls or waves, use a flexi rod, wand, or steam roller for heat-free styling.
  • Lightly oil the ends with argan or coconut oil to prevent dryness.
